WCBP opens for the Summer of 2009
Summer 2009 Begins
The unofficial start to the summer began this past Memorial Day Weekend on the beaches of Wildwood Crest. The beaches were guarded with a limited number of guards over the weekend and will continue weekends only until the week of June 15th. At that time the beaches will be guarded on a daily basis. New recruits took their test on Saturday May 30th and another test is scheduled for Saturday June 6th. Rookie Training will commence on Monday June 22nd. The WCBP is cheduled to be fully staffed by July 1st. Another summer is forthcoming and hopefully we will see many of our WCBP alumnus on the beaches of Wildwood Crest. Happy Summer 2009!!
